This kind of manual oil press only can press peanut, sesame, walnut, linseed, almond and pine nut oil, but can’t press soybean oil because of hardness and low oil yield.
Instructure:
mainly has chassis, blasting cavity and screw three parts. The chassis and blasting cavity material is food grade stainlesss steel and the screw is alloy steel.
Suitable raw material: applicable to oil crops which oil content is over 25%, such as peanut, sunflower seed, tea seed, sesame, walnut nut, olive, coconut fruits and linseed etc. Working principle:it uses high temperature to screw the oil from the raw material and after 5-8hrs precipitation, the upper oil will be more clear and the bottom oil residue can be as cooking, also can be made peanut butter.
